Evann is studying Luxury Marketing, specialising in Watchmaking & Jewellery. His time at Le Bon Marché and Urban Jürgensen has given him an instinctive feel for luxury and the way brands communicate.

Raised in France with Spanish and Vietnamese roots, he also brings a naturally international outlook to his work – an asset in its own right.

With a degree in Fine Watchmaking Marketing & Brand Management, Maeva has a strong grounding in the luxury sector, with a particular focus on brand positioning and image strategy.

Her experience at Lagardère Travel Retail and Audemars Piguet gave her first-hand insight into the industry and strengthened her strategic outlook, while setting the course for a career in Public Relations.

Literature, art and dance are longstanding interests that bring a creative and cultural dimension to her work. A former professional dancer, Maeva also brings the discipline, determination and attention to detail developed over years of professional training and performance.

Fascinated by the rich history and allure of prestigious luxury brands, she sharpened her expertise on a range of PR projects with WorldTempus and PR & Co.

Recently, she joined the 289 Consulting team as a PR & Influence Coordinator, where she channels her passion and expertise into shaping impactful communication strategies for leading brands.

John Covenant

Strategy & Content Creation

John brings close to three decades of experience working as a strategist and copywriter with leading agencies in the UK and the US on some of the world’s greatest brands, in the most competitive sectors. Finding that nugget in the client’s product and ethos and weaving it into a meaningful narrative that clicks with a particular audience – it never gets old. What never fails to give him a kick, though, is “that moment when the idea becomes words, when the ‘lorem ipsum’ characters magically rearrange themselves before my eyes.” Pure serendipity brought John and 289 together in 2021 and he sees each day as a new chance to match creativity with strategy and create connections that matter, so that our clients’ stories aren’t just heard—they’re felt.

Francis Couleru

Finance

Francis Couleru is a finance and accounting specialist with a Federal Diploma. He has extensive experience in financial management, controlling, and reporting. Over the course of his career, he has supported major companies in their accounting and strategic processes. Since the founding of 289 Consulting in 2018, his work has combined technical expertise with operational vision.

Estelle d'Hubert

International Management PR Management

20 years of experience in the luxury sector, within large organizations as well as start-ups, enable Estelle d’Hubert to contribute a deep and broad perspective based on results achieved in the field.

Estelle began her journey with the Richemont Group at Cartier in Paris and London, then at Vacheron Constantin in Geneva, in the client services and marketing departments, where she met the expectations of demanding customers. She then worked on product presentation, both in prestigious boutiques and for exhibitions. This versatility affords her a 360° understanding of this universe’s codes and drivers.

In 2015, after 10 years with a luxury group, Estelle moved to Neuchâtel where she dove into the world of independent watchmakers, as head of communications for a new watchmaker, Czapek & Cie. Here she gained an entrepreneurial perspective and a deep understanding of the stakes and challenges involved. Soon thereafter, another independent watch company, Schwarz Etienne, became a client, too. Estelle continued building a clientele of independent brands, consolidating her expertise in this space.

Estelle joined the 289 Consulting team in July 2021. She has extensive experience in communication and watchmaking, and is as comfortable working with a small organizations as with large corporates. With a natural inclination towards external relations, she is absolutely at ease in working with and expressing herself in all forms of communication and media, including social networks, with the sensibility for the human touch at the core of the job.

Aude Campanelli

International PR Management

For nearly 15 years, Aude Campanelli worked within the Richemont group in Geneva as International PR Manager of Vacheron Constantin.

The brand’s major international press launches and events, including the 250th Anniversary celebrations, the Métiers d’Art, Patrimony, Les Masques, Excellence Platine, Overseas and Malta collections, major watch complications, international press trips such as a visit to the platinum mines in South Africa, press activations for partnerships such as the Barbier-Mueller exhibition in New York, high profile interviews and the CEO’s image… Aude guided the brand’s international PR strategy and lead-managed its implementation, supporting the development and production of collateral materials as well as coordinating international press relations and communications with 18 markets.

In 2015, she struck out on her own and soon counted Haute Horlogerie brands as her clients for which, depending on the mandate, she managed Swiss or international press relations. She also helped to organise classical music concerts, inter alia for the Crescendo con la Musica Foundation in Geneva.

In 2018, she added the Grand prix d’Horlogerie de Genève to her portfolio, handling relations with the Swiss and international press as well as the event’s social networks.

Enterprising and energetic, quick on her feet, a self-starter and efficient, she holds communication, a sense of values and human relations to be at the core of all success.

Marine Lemonnier-Brennan

An early career in the Olympic world (4 Olympic Games), 10 years at CANAL+ in Paris at the Service des Sports, 15 years in high watchmaking at Richemont and LVMH: Marine Lemonnier-Brennan combines solid experience and deep expertise in media and public relations.

Over the past 10 years, Marine was Global PR Director alongside Jean-Claude Biver, Chairman of LVMH Watch Division, successively supporting the growth of HUBLOT, the repositioning of TAG HEUER, and most recently the revitalization of ZENITH.

In March 2018, Marine began a new chapter with the creation of 289 Consulting, putting her proven track record at the service of foundations, institutions and horology brands.
Biography
A career start in sports – youngest press secretary at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul with the French Riding Federation, press secretary of the French teams), then Coordinator of TV and Radio/ORTO 92 at the Olympic Winter Games in Albertville in 1992.

Marine Lemonnier joins the CANAL+ Sports Department in 1996 as Head of Communications (Europe’s largest sports editorial team with 180 journalists and on-screen legends the likes of Michel Denisot, Charles Bietry, Thierry Gilardi, Grégoire Margotton, Michel Platini – and with ground-breaking production resources in the stadiums to maximise impact).

Summer Olympics in Atlanta 1996, 1998 Football World Cup, 1999 Rugby World Cup, live weekly broadcasts of the biggest football matches in Europe, the biggest rugby competitions, the Formula 1 seasons (including the launch of the first pay-per-view service in Monaco, basketball with the NBA in the USA, the biggest golf tournaments, and the mythical Paris Saint-Germain football club is just down the road… For over 10 years, Marine Lemonnier is at the pulse of high-level international sports, promoting the brand and business strategy of CANAL+.

In 1998, she is nominated for the Paris Press Relations Grand Prix.

Soon after, she becomes CANAL+ Group’s Corporate and Financial Communications Officer (Coordination of European subsidiaries, Mergers & Acquisitions, Annual Reports, Coordination with Universal Studios in Los Angeles …), then Communications Manager of CANALSATELLITE (first platform of cable television in Europe with 450 TV channels & services).

In 2005, Marine Lemonnier moves to Switzerland and enters the world of High Watchmaking at Vacheron Constantin, part of the Richemont Group.

In 2010, already then legendary Jean-Claude Biver calls on her to join him as HUBLOT’s International PR Manager, to develop and implement an ambitious marketing plan and support the brand’s annual double-digit growth.

In 2015, she follows Jean-Claude Biver to TAG Heuer. The mission: to reposition and rejuvenate the brand with a sustained event marketing strategy (F1 with Red Bull Racing, Monaco Grand Prix, Patrick Dempsey, Cara Delevingne, Bella Hadid, Ronaldo, David Guetta, Chris Hemsworth, Manchester United, One Republic, etc …). Among the highlights, the launch of the TAG Heuer smartwatch in collaboration with GOOGLE and INTEL (qualified as perhaps the biggest launch of the Swiss watch industry in 2015 according to Business Watches, achieving the equivalent of CHF 800 million in editorial coverage, in addition to 147 TV channels reporting on the watch within 15 days of the New York launch conference).

In July 2017, Marine Lemonnier arrives at ZENITH, again with Jean-Claude Biver, to join freshly minted CEO Julien Tornare on an ambitious challenge. The team at ZENITH has 3 months to organise the launch of the DEFY LAB watch with the all-new Sémon Oscillator. It is the most important press conference ever in the history of Le Locle. More than 220 journalists from all over the world, and more than 300 guests from within the industry converge in the valley to discover the watchmaking innovation. Shortly thereafter ZENITH’s invention receives the coveted Innovation Award at the 17th Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève.

In March 2018, Marine Lemonnier creates 289 Consulting and collaborates with institutions and several brands in high watchmaking.

Eva Polat

Influence Management & International PR

After completing a preparatory course in French literature (Hypokhâgne and Khâgne), Eva pursued further education in Geneva, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communication. Her passion for literature and writing prompted her to secure an internship in journalism and communication, notably with the Swiss magazines EYES MAGAZINE and SUR LA TERRE, for which she authored several articles that were published.

In January 2023, Eva joined 289 Consulting as the team’s PR & Content Coordinator.

Marie Mubiala

International PR Management

Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing and communication, with a specialization in creative management. She has worked in environments where creation, writing, and craftsmanship intersect—shaped by a family background that naturally drew her to watchmaking, writing, and creative worlds.

She honed her expertise in public relations through several experiences at Patek Philippe, where she managed direct international markets, coordinated subsidiaries, and oversaw event projects, particularly in the realm of high craftsmanship.

Her career continued at a public relations and public affairs agency, then in Paris at Vivienne Westwood, where she contributed to showroom management, press relations, and support for VIPs and celebrities.

She now brings this diverse experience at the intersection of luxury, creativity, and public relations to her new role at 289 Consulting.

Marie Mubiala

International PR Management

Titulaire d’un Bachelor en marketing digital et communication, avec spécialisation en management de la création, Marie a évolué dans des environnements où se croisent création, écriture et savoir-faire, nourrie par un cadre familial qui l’a naturellement rapprochée de l’horlogerie, de l’écriture et des univers créatifs.

Elle affine son expertise en relations publiques à travers plusieurs expériences chez Patek Philippe, où elle était en charge de marchés internationaux directs, de la coordination de filiales, ainsi que de la gestion de projets événementiels, notamment autour du haut artisanat.

Son parcours se poursuit en agence de relations publiques et public affairs, puis à Paris, au sein de Vivienne Westwood, où elle participe à la gestion du showroom, aux relations presse, ainsi qu’à l’accompagnement de VIPs et de célébrités.

C’est forte de cette expérience plurielle, à la croisée du luxe, de la création et des relations publiques, qu’elle rejoint aujourd’hui 289 Consulting.

Versatile and rigorous, she streamlines processes, drives change, and helps build a solid, high-performing corporate culture within 289.

Ophélie Gärtner

International PR Management

Ophélie Gärtner is a senior public relations and communications manager with over a decade of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies for prestigious brands such as Bulgari, Chopard, Harry Winston in New York and most recently, Vacheron Constantin. These endeavours have led to a substantial augmentation of the brands’ Swiss and/or global media presence and brand visibility. Her professional portfolio includes the orchestration of high-profile events on an international scale, the establishment of strong relationships with the international press, celebrities, and influencers, as well as the leadership of bespoke collaborations with renowned figures. Her strategic approach has resulted in a significant enhancement of the visibility and profile of the brands with which she has collaborated.

Ophélie Gärtner

Son parcours l’a amené à accompagner de grandes entreprises dans leurs processus comptables et stratégiques. Son accompagnement de 289 Consulting, depuis la fondation de l’entreprise en 2018, allie expertise technique et vision opérationnelle.

Carole Wyss

Avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans une grande banque suisse, Carole met aujourd’hui son expertise au service de 289 Consulting. Elle apporte une maîtrise reconnue du management, de l’organisation et du pilotage de projets stratégiques. Passionnée par les relations humaines, elle allie vision stratégique et efficacité opérationnelle pour renforcer la performance collective. Polyvalente et rigoureuse, elle simplifie la gestion, conduit le changement et contribue à bâtir une culture d’entreprise solide et performante au sein de 289.

Eva Polat

Après une classe préparatoire littéraire (Hypokhâgne et Khâgne), Eva a fait le choix de poursuivre ses études à Genève, où elle obtient un Bachelor en Relations Publiques et Communication. Estelle d'Hubert

International PR Management

Avec 20 ans d’expérience dans l’Industrie du luxe, allant des grands groupes aux start-ups, Estelle d’Hubert apporte un regard extérieur basé sur des réalisations concrètes. Ses débuts chez Richemont chez Cartier à Paris et Londres, puis chez Vacheron Constantin à Genève, l’ont formée dans le service client et le marketing, où elle a su répondre aux attentes d’une clientèle exigeante. Cette polyvalence lui apporte une vision à 360° des codes et attentes de cet univers.

En 2015, elle a pris le rôle de responsable de la communication pour la maison horlogère Czapek & Cie, puis Schwarz Etienne, consolidant une perspective entrepreneuriale. Son expertise en communication et en horlogerie lui permet d’interagir avec succès tant auprès de petites structures que dans les grandes entreprises. D’un naturel définitivement tourné vers les relations extérieures, maîtrisant à la fois la communication écrite, incluant les réseaux sociaux, et orale, les contacts humains demeurent pour Estelle un élément clé du métier.

John Covenant

John apporte presque trente ans d’expérience en tant que stratège et concepteur-rédacteur, collaborant avec des agences de renom au Royaume-Uni et aux États-Unis sur certaines des plus grandes marques du monde, dans des secteurs ultra-concurrentiels. Dénicher l’essence même du produit et de la philosophie d’un client pour la tisser dans un récit significatif qui touche spécifiquement son public, pour lui, cela ne vieillit jamais. Ce qui le fascine à chaque fois, c’est « ce moment où l’idée se transforme en mots, quand les caractères du ‘lorem ipsum’ s’agencent comme par magie sous mes yeux ». Une heureuse coïncidence a réuni John et 289 en 2021 et il considère chaque jour comme une nouvelle opportunité d’allier créativité et stratégie pour établir des liens significatifs, afin que les récits de nos clients ne soient pas seulement écoutés — ils sont ressentis.

Aude Campanelli

Pendant près de 15 années, Aude Campanelli a œuvré au sein du groupe Richemont comme International PR Manager de Vacheron Constantin.

En 2015, elle décide de prendre son envol en tant qu’indépendante et rejoint 289 Consulting en 2018. Elle commence ainsi à travailler pour différentes marques et gère, selon les mandats, leur presse Suisse ou Internationale.

En 2018, tout en continuant à gérer ses divers clients, elle devient Responsable de la Presse du Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève.

Dynamique, rapide, autonome et efficace, la communication, les valeurs et les relations humaines sont pour elle la base de tous les succès.

Marine Lemonnier-Brennan

Après un début de carrière dans l’univers olympique et le milieu de la télévision avec plus de 12 ans à la Direction de la communication de CANAL+ (comme responsable de la communication du Service des Sports, puis responsable de la communication de CANALSATELLITE avec 450 chaines de TV, puis œuvrant au sein des activités internationales du Groupe CANAL+, notamment en assurant la coordination avec les Studios Universal), Marine Lemonnier-Brennan a choisi de s’installer en Suisse en 2004 et de redémarrer ‘from scratch’ une nouvelle carrière dans l’horlogerie.

Elle travaille au sein du groupe Richemont pendant 5 ans comme Responsable des RP internationales de Vacheron Constantin, avant de rejoindre LVMH où elle assure successivement pendant 10 ans comme Global PR Director, la communication pour les différentes marques du groupe – Hublot, TAG Heuer et Zenith – directement aux côtés de Jean-Claude Biver.

En 2018, elle fonde 289 Consulting, un bureau-conseil en communication – dont LVMH sera le premier client – et qui œuvre aujourd’hui pour plus de 30 marques horlogères différentes.

Organisé comme un cabinet d’avocats, sa vision de l’entreprise est concentrée sur un haut niveau d’expertise, la valeur ajoutée stratégique, la qualité Premium des services, et la force d’un réseau international de premier ordre.
